Hello everyone!

Support chat is happening tonight at the usual time (8-9:30pm) but not in the usual place..

This evening we'll be launching the new-look chatroom.
(see this thread for more info)

Here's how you can find it:
a) Click on 'Live Chat' at the top of the page (next to the red 'Discussion Boards' button) or
b) Click here

The 'Join Chat' button will appear at 8pm :)

Once you enter chat, you'll be asked to register or come in as a guest. You're welcome to do either! Here's some more info about each option:

Coming in as a guest
  • You will need to choose a temporary username (you don't have to give out any personal info like email or remember a password ;) )
  • Great if you don't want anyone to know who you are

Registering
  • Takes about 5 seconds!
  • You will need to choose a username and password (but you don't have to give out any personal info like email ;) )
  • Chat will automatically save your preferences for things like font, text colour, avatar, background etc. (yes, chat now has all those things!)
  • Great if you usually use the same name in chat (although you can come in as a guest even if you are registered)

    Hi folks - often there are teething problems with new software!

    If you're having issues please let us know as much info as you can about what's happening (What device you're using, what browser, screenshots etc) and we'll be able to look into it tomorrow with our tech team.

    We'll be sure to iron things out :)
