      Hi Pipster, no worries at all! https://community.themix.org.uk/discussions if you go here and then click the top right of the page there is a new discussion button, you can choose a category which you think best describes what you are speaking about but Health and Wellbeing is a safe one if you aren't sure! This part isn't where people chat and just says what the recent activity of people is, but the boards can be really confusing so don't worry! We will send a welcome DM now which hopefully goes a bit more into how it all works
