    hello, i wont be saying my name so just call me person109. this is really annoying and awkward to say online but i'm trans (ftm) and struggling with crippling gender dysphoria, especially right now. i hate saying this because that means admitting that im basically not who im supposed to be, or it feels like i'm "fake." i dont know what to do, i dont want to burden anyone around me including my parents or friends. everyone in my life is really supportive but i still feel so alone. i need outside advice from strangers, and even though that sounds crazy i guess that is what every one else is doing here too.
