Does anybody know what is the best way to keep your back straight?
I've noticed that when in school and here at home (in front of the compie or just sitting someplace) I push my shoulders forward and hunch my back a bit, making me look a bit like a shrimp.
I want to stop doing it but I got no idea how to or if it even is possible to get used to not do it. Not only can I imagine that I look terrible when I do it, but it also hurts my back.
Anyone who could possibly help me?
