Does anybody know what is the best way to keep your back straight?

I've noticed that when in school and here at home (in front of the compie or just sitting someplace) I push my shoulders forward and hunch my back a bit, making me look a bit like a shrimp.
I want to stop doing it but I got no idea how to or if it even is possible to get used to not do it. Not only can I imagine that I look terrible when I do it, but it also hurts my back.

Anyone who could possibly help me? :)

Just make a conscious effort to keep your back straight. Also working out your stomache and back muscles help. This can be done on various weight machines or I find yoga helps immensely.

Check out our feature about health at work which offers some advice about posture. Others that may help:
    pilates
    Yoga
    :)

Thanks for the help. :) I'm trying to think about it often enough so that I straighten up and take regular breaks from the computer.
