Just to say thanks to TheWholeSite.org for that mental health special, I was looking through it and read the bit about CBT, which is what I'm booked into have at the NHS soonish...and I was nervous about more therapy cos in the past it hasn't helped, but apparently CBT is mroe about being positive about the future than examining the past, so thanks.

CBT is more about working out the reasons for your troubles, and then actively trying to change the way you behave.

i found it loads more helpful than normal therapy, although it didn't actually help that much in the end.... if i'd had the money to go private and the good old NHS hadn't given up on me i think it would have worked.

    so good luck. :)
