    Yes, it still contains sperm. Its not very likely but there is a chance. Find out for sure to stop you worrying.

    theoretically - yes, cos pre-cum contains sperm. but a very small chance. chances are if it was just on the outside, it'll get rubbed off. if it actually went in, chances get higher - sperm can survive in the body for up to 7 days, so there's a slight possibility that it can get to the egg. if it was just on the outside, i wouldn't worry too much, just be more careful in the future!
