SAS hit back
By JOHN KAY
Chief Reporter
SAS troops have returned to Iraq to hunt down snipers trying to murder British peace-keepers.
They have been ordered to kill Islamic fanatics being offered £16,000 for every Allied soldier they slaughter.
The decision to hit back will put the SAS men in incredible danger.
But they are determined to halt the rampage by bounty hunters who have poured into Iraq from other Arab countries. The extremists have been well trained in terror tactics in places like Yemen — notorious for Osama Bin Laden’s al-Qa’ida camps.

Who wouldnt act the same if their country was invaded by a foreign power. The French did in WW2 and so did the Vietnamese, terrorism or resistance? discuss.
Notice how every mention of those who are fighting back asserts that they are baathists or Saddam loyalists rather than the far more likely case that they are from all walks of Iraqi society. The shiites have no greater love for our continued foreign occupation of their country than the Sunni Baathists. Far more likely in fact that its a backlash from the Shia population for the sham of the whole process to form a governing council which has largely excluded them whilst visibly including Chalabi and his illegitimate Dearborn Michigan Bush sycophants who have no business being back in Iraq in the first place.
According to the measure being applied by CNN reporting then, could we rightfully expect them to say - in the event that it is one day foreign troops on our soil, breaking into our homes as they please, and establishing what they consider to be an acceptable government over us - that every card carrying NRA enthusiast who would undoubtedly be out doing what he/she could to oppose such an occupation would by definition be a Bush loyalist??
The continued presumption and refusal by the media to acknowledge this illegal conquest and the resulting counterattacks for what they truly are, namely the legitimate right of any people to defend the sovereignty of their homeland, only further betrays the double standards inherent to the political rhetoric of our leaders.
