Quickstar - if you go to your doctor, he/she can arrange for you to see a specialist, that's probably the best option.

Or if you don't fancy that then have a look where your nearest Brook centre is and give them a visit. :)

you could make sure that you're really comfortable with the person before trying anything sexual. confidence comes with practice!

Guess what! I am exactly the same.
I've only ever had one boyfriend, and he dumped me because I was too scared to kiss him. I mean, I've kissed other guys before, but when I wasn't in a relationship.
At the time, I thought I had commitment problems. It was only like 4 months later I realised that it was HIM that I was "scared" of, not the relationship. I realised that the reason why I couldn't bring myself to kiss him, was because the trust wasn't there.
So I knew it wasn't just my fear of being intimate, it was how I felt about the guy.

That was in November/December, now, I've got my eye on one certain lad who is just as inexperienced as myself.
Just knowing that makes me feel so much less scared, and I'm confident that I won't get scared and back out like I usually do.
I think it's about finding the right guy that you feel comfortable with, who you respect and trust.
Maybe it's just me, but it's made so much difference, to figure out the main source for being so scared.
Like Andy said, talk to your doctor about it, and maybe get a referal to a sex therapist.
All I did was completely bomb my mum out with it! I couldn't stop worrying that I had real psychological issues... After talking it out with my mum, it was as clear as day. Why don't you go to your mum for help? It mite help you, like it helped me...

    Keep us posted, Ilora x

P.S PM me if you ever need to talk x
