  Nothng is produced, The Police Stop series are real life videos taken from either the VAS car system in the cop car or at the station....

  Chemicaly maybe, but not really in effect. Yes its true that PCP was used how ket is now-a-days but its really a much dirtier and rougher version.
  It also has much more of a stimulant edge to it than let. In some people but not others it can really trigger nasty violent outbursts.
