David Blunkett has annouced that some Judges have 'lost their marbles' and is calling for a reform.

    He's not far wrong either. About time Judges were made accountable, rather than having their appointed-for-life jobs...

    I agree with MOK.
    The case mentioned by Blunkett was ridiculous. I mean how much real difference is there between a 12 year old and a 13 year old? They are both still children and have a right to be protected from these perverts. Now if this man behaves, he will probably only serve half his sentence.

    Did anyone watch 'the hunt for britain's paedophiles' on the beeb last year. The makers did point out that that several judges were themselves involved in these paedophile rings and so were fairly lenient in their sentencing. Hopefully with these reforms, they can finally be weeded out.
