Special Ops and Palestinians.

With yet another suicide bombing in Israel and the expected retalitary attacks my friends and I were solving the world's problems today and we came up with this.

What if special ops troops from the US worked with the new Palestinian government to kill the members of Hamas and go up to Lebanon and kill off Hezbollah? It seems a few thousand people are keeping millions from living in a democracy.

U.S. Ambassador Dan Kurtzer met with Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon on Wednesday to present him with an internationally backed Mideast peace plan that envisions Palestinian statehood within three years.

Glad they're not letting a minority of violent people stop the peace process.

Well, they certainly are slowing it down.

I think there needs to be special forces to fight the violent groups in Gaza and the West Bank.

Israel acts more like a conventional army. I'm thinking we should fight them just like we fight Al Qaeda. Have people infiltrate, find out where leaders are, and kill them.

Why should a minority fringe deny a peaceful Palestine and Israel?

So, again, do you think that this doesn't happen already?

How do you think that Israelis are able to target rockets attacks on a single vehicle...?

Within reason. But surely you must stop the IDF from killing palestinian police and demolishing their stations first.

The ideal of having a holy land where no one is armed and people can just pray or whatever without claiming territories.

I agree Jac. I'm actually feeling hopeless about the region right now.

Then it's a good thing that the land's future, isn't based on your hopelessness.

True. On the other hand, (because I have two), there's always another thing to try.
