    If you live in a city the situation really wont change very much, puff dealers and smokers arent really chased at all anymore. Just dont give them a reason, as in even when the law changes you cant just spark up anywhere.

    Originally it was said to be in the summer, supposedly July. But theres been talk that now this new law has been reconsidered and debates are ongoing.
