at this very moment in time i have friends and freinds of freinds in the dessert facing all kinds of horrors and uncertanties. wether you support the war or not (i don't) at least spare a thought for the men and women out there. most of them under the age of 25!
at this moment in time, conveniantly being forgotten ...there are millions of people, mostly children, with no food or fresh water. no one to turn to. thier are people facing problems and difficulties that WE cannot comprehend in our worst nightmares and what does this place keep filling up with ...?
my tits are to big ...my nose is to big ...your all realy mean to me and i might kill myself ...my teachers are cruel and so on and so on. if your clinicaly depressed or have other SERIOUS problems then by all means seek advice and support and hopefully make some new friends on here. but the rest of you, try taking a look around and seeing what a wonderful over fed overly entertained and pampered privalaged life we all have aye? just for the duration of this war, do yourselves a favour and realise you live lives that kings and princes couldn't have dreamed of not that long ago! so shut the fuck up! ok rant over, yes i've drank to much

and i hope that wasnt neccessarily addressed to me because i am very comfortable and even more aware of what life could be like for me.
I do have problems, but i am not starving. i dont have a terminal illness and no my home isnt being bombed.
I am not happy ALL of the time, but that is because my life is hard, and i am exhausted, and being treated for that... but hell im happy.
I am comfortable, and i have a loving family who will always support me.
Jesus life is hardly perfect but i will never forget just how bad it could be.
Millions of people now are suffering from famine, poverty, disease - the list goes on. Just thinking about that makes you realise how inconsequential a lot of our problems are.

in iraq there are women in makeup and short skirts! there are a LOT of bars where you can get pissed on international beers and whiskey! there are antique dealers, art dealers. very few of the poulation actualy suffered under saddam ...so long as they kept thier gobs shut! same in america at the mo.....i'm pissed and rambling now.

thats why i volunteer with under privaledge inner city kids in the only spare time i can possibly scrape together. Im their shoulder to cry on when they are getting beat at home. And im their only friend to most of them.

bless you, it was just something i really wanted to do. I once met a lad who did it in london, and it sounded so rewarding, and it is, very rewarding. The kids look up to you like a sister (or a brother depending whos reading this!) and thats really nice cuz im the youngest in my family.
I dunno, its worth doing tho, even if its just for a couple of months... but its hard not to get too emotionally involved. bless them... they'll be ok, they just need some relief from their home lives.
