Can any one identify this music?

Slightly OT can someone identify this...
There is a capture uploaded to http://www.caldecote57.freeserve.co.uk/skysportsmusic.zip
This was used by sky from around 1996 until two years ago. I'd thought that it would have been specially composed but they have since replaced it with Jakarta's American Dream.
It is similar to Little Britain by Dreadzone but not quite the same.
Can anyone put a name to it?

    Yeah I think so unless anyone knows of a remix. The tsart is spot on and the sample has just the right levels and effects, I just need to find a mix where it goes on for longer. The underground mix sounds fairly promising.
