Why is it when you go on anti depressants you gain weight? Even when you do not eat alot.
How do you loose the weight?

    i lost weight with all the drugs.

    they just screw with your body systems...

    just eat healthily and exercise and you'll go back to normal...

    exercise is also good for depression.... gets those endorphins rushing around....

    I have found that on the anti-depressants I take I have lost weight as I have had less appetite and hence eaten less.
