doctot doctor!

i'm going to my local GP in roughly ooooo, 45 minutes, about my depression. I'm soooooooo scared, i'm shitting myself, at least I feel depressed now so they can see how I am. What I want to know from those of you who have been in a similar situation is what will the doctor say/do???

Oh yeah and what happens if what he does/says doesn't help? (God forbid)

    When I went, the doc put me on pills which didn't help. *shrug*

    Pills are okay, but they don't solve the problem, only the symptoms...
