Clippers or a beard trimmer are best, less chance of cutting yourself.

I don't shave, but just trim, using small pair of scissors.
Sometimes to a tidy little bush, but at the moment I like it down to a close cropp. Depends how I feel at the time.
Just take it easy with the scissors, but I know others have said they use a beard trimmer etc.
Just have a steady hand.
Can't stand it when I see guys with the shaggy unkempt look.
Short looks much better for me. Improves the look of the whole package.
My b/f trims his too, but not so short.

I have been trimming now for about 6-7 years, so I can't actually remember what it used to look like.
Every time it starts to grow a bit I get the scissors out.
Just don't like it long now.

I would say it grows back thicker, but as for length, I don't know, as like I said, I don't let it grow long at all now.

But don't touch the legs, I'm quite proud of them, especially when like now I have a good sun tan.

(plasters on wounds, & leg massage etc)
