I was just wondering if anyone knows when (or if) System of a Down will be touring the UK?

    I don't think they have any current plans to tour the UK, at least nothing which has been mentioned in the music press.

    You could try their website, which would be an obvious place to start!

    SOAD - well, I either like a band or hate them, but I don't like or hate this band. They're unique and interesting with a fresh sound, but I don't really like they're music. However, I fully respect them because they appeal to such a diverse number of people (and the lead singer hates like townie kids wearing their gear!)

    Thanks bumblebee. I tried their website but i couldn't find anything. :(

    SOAD are one of my favourite bands. I aint really into metal but i think their music has a little something extra (if you know what i mean!). Slipknot and stuff like that aint really my cuppa tea cos' in my eyes it's just pointless noise. SOAD have a personality and it comes out in their music. I mean with songs like 'bounce' how can you not like them? :D

    I can understand where you're coming from though bumblebee. I can see why some people wouldn't like them.

    But c'mon....pogo, pogo, pogo, pogo!! lol

    They may be metal but they're not in the same catagory as Slipknot, they're Nu-metal. And SOAD are Alternative metal.

    Ooh, I like SOAD. They're...quirky :)

    They've already done a tour this year, I think it was around March? And they played Ozzfest too, so they might not be coming back to the UK for some time...

    i seen them live at ozzfest in may and they were the best i seen live at ozzfest...but ozzy wasnt there at the ireland 1 so i dunno if they are better than ozzy himself.who all here has seen ozzy osbourne live?
