if your girlfriend had a pregnancy scare what would you prefer...
a) she tells you straight away
b) she tells either way after getting tested
c) she tells you only if the test is positive
d) she doesn't tell you if she's not planning on running with it

The guy would probably want to be there for you so tell immediately.
If you would rather not/don;t think you need support then don;t say anything if either not positive, or not gonna run with it.
