In Halls of Residence, what is the normal situation regarding bathrooms? I know a small number of rooms are en suite, but what about the rest? Should I expect to share just with my neighbour, or the entire floor?

    That really depends...
How big are the halls? Are you actually in halls or flats? Flats will have smaller numbers (say 7) to share usually a toilet/ sink AND a toilet/ shower. Most halls you will find you've either opted to pay the extra for ensuite, or you're sharing with a lot of people.

The best way to find out how your chosen uni accommodation works is to ask their accommodation office.
