This Mental Health Awareness week (11 - 17 May) we are asking you to move 30km, in any way that works for you, to help raise funds for our vital services!

To make things even more fun, we are inviting you to raise money as part of our Mix Community Team!! By banding together as a team we can raise money, share our journeys, and cheer each other on. Follow this link and then check the spoiler warning below for steps on how to sign up and join our team!

Whether you want to walk, jog, push, cycle, swim, or skip - by signing up for the challenge and raising money you will be making a huge difference to the lives of people seeking support for their mental health.

You can track your progress across the week on the fundraising dashboard - and we will be checking in, posting some motivation, and celebrating your amazing efforts here on boards over the week too.

It has even been proven that spending as little as 15 minutes in nature can improve your mood, whether that is a walk in the woods or a stroll through a green park. So you could look at this challenge as a way to boost your own mental health too.

Creating an anonymous profile
To remain anonymous on raisely you can enter an anonymous first and last name when creating your account. (For example, First name: Anon & Last name: Anon). Whatever you enter as your first and last name will be publicly visible but you don't have to enter your legal first and last name.

When creating the account for The Mix boards I entered First name: The Mix, Last name: Community.
