Hey everyone, how are you doing?
For Stress Awareness Month, this April, we have put together a workshop to help you relax, unwind, and destress.

This Mindful Art workshop will teach you some activities that are really great for slowing anxious thoughts, processing emotions, and expressing yourself creatively.

All you will need to be able to join in is something to draw with (e.g. pen, pencil, felt tip, digitally) and something to draw on. You could break out the colouring pencils or go fancy with some oil pastels, but these are just optional extras!

When? Monday 13th of April from 1pm - 2.30pm
Where? On Chatwee!

@Billie will be talking you through all the steps, so don’t worry if you haven’t done much art or drawing, these activities are for anyone who wants to try them. Have any questions? Post them below!
