Easter Egg Hunt!

Get Ready…our easter egg hunt is happening Sunday 5th April!

We will be hiding 5 eggs across old threads and it’s your mission to track them all down. Throughout the day, we will be dropping these hidden eggs in different locations, so keep your eyes peeled!

How it works:

  • Eggs will be hidden in older general threads across the boards
  • Each egg will have a word, the last egg will also have a question - make sure you keep them in order!



How to complete the hunt:

  • Find all 5 eggs
  • Work out the full phrase using the words in the correct order.
  • AND answer the question on the final egg.  



The first person to comment below the phrase and answer wins.

    Okay guys the easter egg hunt is live! Here are some clues on where they could be…

    -

    1. No topic set, just a space to share, your first hidden egg is waiting there.
    2. You've found one here, but don't rush away, another egg is where you chose to stay.
    3. A place for fresh starts.
    4. Find the egg where names were kept secret.
    5. Every story starts somewhere, your final egg is hiding there.

    Remember to comment the 5 word phrase and answer to the final question to win!

    I tried giving it a go. Searching through multiple threads for Easter eggs is harder than it seems even with the clues. Props to anyone who manages to find them.

    Okay everyone, the Easter bunny was very mysterious in their first set of clues… I have some more I can share - but I think it is only fair to ask @Nathan if we should share them seeing as Nathan has nearly cracked it! What do you think?

    • (Don't judge my rhyming skills too harshly)

    • Eggs 1 and 2 are found in the same space, a thread for general talking is the place
    • Spring brings beginnings new, this egg can be found where Toffuna said 'happy new year' to you
    • The Easter Bunny's friend dresses in red with a beard of white, where secret gifts are given, search here with all your might
    • The furthest egg is somewhere you might remember, you'll find it on a thread asking your opinion in September

    • If so how old are we talking about with the threads - Oldest one is on a thread that was posted 24th September 26 (posted by The Mix)
    • Can there be better set of hints - I hope these new hints are a bit more in depth!
    • Are they just in TheMix posts - we have a mixture of mix, staff and user posts but all are general threads
