does anybody have any pointers for where I can go for disordered eating support outside of NHS services & BEAT? - i currently do not have access to the NHS eating disorder service in my area, and i'm already utilising BEAT's weekly support groups. what else is there?

    hi @thetiefling

I’m sorry you’re going through this. Personally I went through my GP who made a referral to the mental health team who conducted an assessment and from then I was referred to the eating disorder team in my area.
I know there are some online support services where you can pay for “therapy” sessions, I’ve personally never used this though.

I hope you get help for this
