I did it again reading blueberry tf again on wattpad, i just feel like my interests are so weird, I hate that I read it sometimes. I hate that one of my hyperfixations is to do with willy wonka but I know I shouldent be worrying about this to be fair. :/
Just a person who likes pop culture and films

@Amy22 thank you for this post. How are you feeling this morning? I really hear that internal conflict almost - that part of you that feels your interests are 'weird' and maybe feels some shame around that and really hates that this has happened? And then a part of you that knows you shouldn't be worrying about it, and that maybe feels more self-accepting?
We're here to listen entirely without judgement, and you're doing so well to open up about this when it's weighing on you
It’s totally okay @Amy22. The things you love are part of what makes you so wonderfully, uniquely you. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with enjoying something that sparks your curiosity or makes you excited because it brings comfort and therefore it matters. You’re doing nothing wrong by liking Willy Wonka if it makes you happy. Keep being curious, keep enjoying the things that bring you joy, and remember you don’t have to apologise for it. You’re more than welcome to be yourself.
