@Callum the manager called Me racist and aggressive which I'm not at a meeting to discuss their conduct. Is he allowed to to tht? He sed he wants to help. They make me think about situations

@ellie2000 You don't deserve this at all, to be called racist and aggressive, that is so unfair and unjust. I'm hearing that this is coming from the manager of the housing company, is that correct? You also said they make you think about situations, could you tell me more about the situations you've been thinking of please?

@Callum in speech I can cope with, in writing I think it's set in stone wat they say coz I saw the minutes of the meeting. Wen a manager says stuff I saw tht is in a email, they're all wrongens. Is tht the right way to c things?

@ellie2000 It's normal to read writing in certain ways, and it's easy to misread what is said or interpret things in a different tone to what is meant by the writer. I'm wondering what sorts of things have been said by the managers of the housing company?

@eylah I'm putting notes on the door saying I don't want to see support. But they take them 4 'proof of stuff', whatever tht means. Since tht meeting they don't matter anymore. Way is tht? Why am I doing tht coz I don't understand myself? I did understand myself once but they took tht away, how?

@eylah @Callum everything's gd, I had no visits in two coz I put notes on the door. The meeting was awful, I had two weeks to recover 😀 the management is awful, tht means the whole company is awful.is tht how ppl see stuff? I did drawings last nite n today. I like drawing

Does any1 get poor service frm UC n why do they hold money tht they owe u?

You said that UC are withholding money from you that's rightfully yours too - is that correct? That sounds extremely frustrating. I wonder whether the Citizen's Advice Bureau might be able to support you at all, or the following advocacy services:
