I told someone briefly about the guy controlling me and then she tried to call me to chat about it but I completely freaked out

Hey @River I hear that this phone call brought some stressfull feelings up for you, being controlled by someone can't be a nice feeling and I'm sure speaking about it is also hard. What do you think is most making you feel freaked out about the phone call?

@River It must feel daunting not knowing if a friend will beleive you, would you say this is around not believing you are being controlled?
