At the meeting lot off ppl was at the meeting, it started off well, we were looking at money like rent, uc and goin through each allegation. Then the care manager called me aggressive and a racist, after the meeting I started thinking bout where I had gone wrong. I thought n thought n I don't remember anything. R managers allowed to do tht?

Hey @ellie2000 Thanks for giving us an update on your meeting with the care managers. It sounds like it was a successful session to begin with, talking about money which must have been so helpful. It's unfair though that you were called aggressive and racist by the care managers, you don't deserve that at all. Is there anything that might have triggered them to say this in the meeting at all?

@Callum the just come up stuff wen they no they're in the wrong. I put on the door 'the manager called me racist thts serious defamatory act, and its breaching professional duties'

Notes on the door is how I communicate. Coz I get turned away wen I say certain words bc I needed help. Why r ppl 2 sides? like 'you're racist' last meeting and at the end of it they sed 'we want a way to help u' I'm dreading the next meeting

    Ami I in the wrong?

Hey @ellie2000 that sounds like a difficult situation, especially when there's confusion around why you were being accused of being aggressive or a racist, I'm sure that can't feel nice. If you don't mind sharing, what are these 'certain words' you say that result in you being turned away?

@Callum @Verity I herd tht the carers take pictures of the signs I make saying how I feel bc I can't express in person how I feel in person coz they walk away. Someone told me tht it was 'unwarranted' wat does tht mean?

Hey @ellie2000 it sounds like the careers felt that the signs you made were not needed, you mentioned that you find it easier to express yourself through signs rather than in person. If you don't mind sharing, what message or emotions would you say you are struggling to get across that is easier through a sign?
