    I’m at the queer youth group but I can’t make friends here I am totally overwhelmed and triggered and totally overstimulated and my social anxiety is through the roof

    got a meeting with my accommodation support worker tomoz I am feeling an extreme m amount of fear anxiety shame fear panic anger anxiety fear worry guilt anxiety pressure worry anticipatory anxiety

    @nem It's good to hear that you've been able to get a meeting with your accommodation support worker, you deserve that support with all of those emotions. Was that today? And if so, how did it go I wonder?
