I had a meeting yesterday about a 42, n I vented issues in an email to the top but the management made accusations, and I sed 'wheres the proof' and I sed tht they handled stuff poor and they made excuse after excuse. I got told I did good n tht the ppl on my side believed me
Why do those type of management make excuses?

I also put how I feel on the door notifying ppl tht I need someone to tlk to, wen I sed keywords I got told 'so wat do u want me to do' thts y I put notes on the door saying im struggling. wat would b a appropriate response, they could do.? So I can tell them how to do their jobs. I was gonna txt 'shout' I panicked and went here. Am I right to put notes on the door saying how I feel?
Hey @ellie2000 thanks for sharing this, it sounds like you are struggling with communitcating your needs, is that right? I wonder if you feel comfortable trying here, what do you feel like you need support with most?
@Verity I sed how my wellbeing declined and they asked for a speech n language specialist to come in after they insulted me n tht was the management. But I got told tht I'd won. It was a meeting about them not my behaviour. The management were goin at me like calling me words and accusing me of stuff, wen I sed they were doing wrong. The arranged another meeting but they can't b hostile one meeting and nice the next. Everytime I sed I was feeling a certain feeling they walked away

Hey @ellie2000 it sounds like such a frustrating experience that they insulted you, particularly with it being the management. You don't deserve to be treated like this by the management at all. You said they arranged another meeting, when is that I wonder? And is this something you could talk over with them in the next meeting?
It must be so confusing when they seem to accuse you of things that weren't your fault, and then offer to help you in the next breath. That must be so frustrating for you to have to experience.
