At The Mix, we want to make our services as helpful as possible. To best achieve this, we run a survey every year to help us to understand how you all use our services, what you find useful from our services and how we can improve the services so that you all get the best experience.
This years annual survey for 2026 is now live, asking a few questions about you, your needs and preferences, and the impact of our services
It should only take around 5 - 8 minutes to complete it, and you can stop at any time as taking part is entirely voluntary. Your responses will be kept confidential and used in line with our privacy policy.
