Wat do u use wen ur fighting to stay in the present? Its Christmas tomorrow n I'm with family.
If a support home is for business, wat is it supposed to b 4 originally. Should I go back, b4 the move?. The trigger me easily.
Why do ppl hav the power to take everything u been taught away? I sent a email to higher up sharing my concerns and it's been listened to, I got a well done frm a person 😀

Its great to hear that people are listening to you and your concerns. You deserve to be heard.
I hear that you are wondering what to do to stay in the present moment, is this correct? Sometimes I find specific breathing techniques can help me be more present. This is where you breathe in for 4 seconds hold for 4 seconds before breathing out for 4 seconds again.
I also see how you are wondering whether to go back before the move and you mentioned being triggered. This sounds like quite a emotionally intense decision for you to make. Have you been able to share this concern with those who support you or maybe your family if you are at home?
I filled out a form recently tht they wanted my opinion on how they were doing and I went BOOM I didn't hold back on feelings. I hav a meeting with someone higher up coz they rang n they want to tlk me next year. Bc I vented my feelings and frustrations coz I panicked. The maintenance person has been more helpful. Everything is gd. I decided I'm not goin back. I'm just venting about how the Yr has gone
Merry Christmas
I'm sorry you weren't able to get through to SHOUT yesterday too. That sounds disappointing if you'd been wanting a space to talk, and it's really positive you were reaching out for some help.
That sounds frustrating too to be told to keep your concerns about your carers for counselling only. I get the sense that left you feeling kind of shut down? Especially when, like you said, counselling is a space where maybe you wanted to get support for your mental health, rather than having to use that as a space to report issues with your home's management!!
When you say that you've decided not to go back, what does that mean? It sounds like you're really trying to get your voice heard and to make positive strides towards a better living environment!
