Wat do u use wen ur fighting to stay in the present? Its Christmas tomorrow n I'm with family.
If a support home is for business, wat is it supposed to b 4 originally. Should I go back, b4 the move?. The trigger me easily.
Why do ppl hav the power to take everything u been taught away? I sent a email to higher up sharing my concerns and it's been listened to, I got a well done frm a person 😀

Its great to hear that people are listening to you and your concerns. You deserve to be heard.
I hear that you are wondering what to do to stay in the present moment, is this correct? Sometimes I find specific breathing techniques can help me be more present. This is where you breathe in for 4 seconds hold for 4 seconds before breathing out for 4 seconds again.
I also see how you are wondering whether to go back before the move and you mentioned being triggered. This sounds like quite a emotionally intense decision for you to make. Have you been able to share this concern with those who support you or maybe your family if you are at home?
