hi. im just wondering how you know your account has been approved or not? when i created it i had a message saying abt ill find out if my account is approved but i havent had any communication yet. im rly confused though. im able to post which seems strange. sry if this is silly.

    Hi @eabhax06 - don't worry, it's not silly at all. I must admit I don't remember exactly how it works but I think I got an email a few days after creating my account, and then I was able to edit my profile and things afterwards. However I'm not entirely sure, and other people will probably be able to give you a more definitive answer <3

    Hi @Nemuritai and @eabhax06 it's Verity here, thanks for raising this. It's really helpful to hear when our users may need more infomation on how this works. When we approve accounts, you should recieve an email from us, this is usually titled 'The Mix Support Community Membership Approved' and that email confirms that your account has been approved. We also send new accounts a DM to open up the message thread which alllows you to message TheMix if you need help with anything. If you havn't recived this already, I will send you a DM to your inbox.

    hi @TheMix thank u for explaining. it just seemed strange that i was able to post but my account hadn't already been approved by that stage.

    Hi @eabhax06 thanks for pointing this out, this is definately something we will be keeping an eye on, this may have been an issue when we were update the boards, but hopefully things should be working as normal now, thanks for spotting this!
