    @sinead276 I was at my day stuff and I went outside and nearly texted shout. Bc I vented to someone and he replied with 'move on' n it's not tht easy, he also try to convert to god. Y do ppl dismiss u wen u ask 4 help?

    Hey @ellie2000 thanks for sharing this, that can't have been nice to be made to feel dismissed by this person, especially when you are asking for help. It makes complete sense that you are thinking of previous 'happy times', but it must be so diffuclt when it is disrupting your sleep. Do you think there may have been a momement or conversation that may have brought these memories to your attention? If you don't feel comforable sharing, please don't feel like you need to.

    Also, these drawings are amazing! loving the crocodile.
