I hav no call today frm a service 4 wellbeing ('they're human being) tht kicks off my week. They asked 'hope ur ok' in a txt, I would reply but I might go on a tangent. Recently I don't tlk to staff bc it might complicate thing. But they ask me how I am. How do u reply to 'hope ur ok' wen ur really not

    Hey @ellie2000 , it can be hard to start this off when you're not sure how to put your feelings into words. I think it’s completely fine to express how you’re feeling and just say that you are not feeling okay, maybe you just give a reason why and go into as much detail as you feel comfortable sharing. Can I ask what you mean by complicating things?

    @Verity wen I worry n tell someone they might go 'oh sh*t' n I don't like ppl making a fuss. I been worrying lately, how do u replace tht feeling?

    Hi @ellie2000 thanks for sharing that, expressing emotions can be really difficult, but that's what is great about having wellbeing services that give you a safe space to express how you are feeling, they are here for you to do exactly that.

    It's compeltely normal to that this way and it can feel really daunting, but talking about how we feel can usually get easier the more you do it.

    Can I ask if you have had many of these calls? If you don't feel like sharing, please don't feel you need to.
