(Tw: suicidal thoughts): die

Right now, I would love nothing more that to just
curl up into a ball and just die.
But I can't do that because I need to take my dog on a walk before it gets too dark. Post edited by Katie at

we’re all here for you and are so proud of you for reaching out - you matter so much
Here's that dog I was talking about. Her name is Poppy and she is probably one of the only things I care about right now.
aw poppy is so cute!! i’m really glad that you have her, animals can be such a big help when we feel so low.
we are here for you if you want to share more
You've done really well reaching out to our Community and like @shannon_164 said, we're here to support you if you feel comfortable sharing more.
You mentioned that you have a psychiatrist who you may reach out to - is this something you've done before when you've experienced these kind of thoughts, or when you're going through a depressive episode?
I'm also hearing that you're wanting to stay in your room all day today and wait for this depressive episode to pass. As you've mentioned thoughts of not wanting to be here anymore and so that we can build a bigger picture, do you feel comfortable sharing if you have a plan in mind of how you would act on these thoughts?
And Poppy looks like such a sweet girl!
