Sometimes people might feel lucky or grateful if they're living in a place that is not impacted my ongoing wars or conflicts.
Sadly, there are many conflicts happening abroad right now, and internally within the UK! If we feel physically safe, and we have the things we need to keep our needs met (like delicious food, a warm space to live, and access to money), then some people might feel grateful for this, recognizing that that's not the reality for everyone.
