I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't get this job, I know how desperate you are to leave your current role and how much it is impacting your mental health. In today's climate, getting the interview is a good sign in itself because that can be hard to achieve, so it means you are doing a lot of things right, but I know this doesn't make not getting the job any easier.
Hopefully next time you will have better luck, and I really do appreciate how hard it can feel to get this rejection when it feels so much was riding on getting this role. Your feelings are so valid and we're glad you're reaching out
I know you've mentioned here about wishing you could go through with these thoughts but not feeling able to - I wonder how you're feeling in regards to your suicidal thoughts right now?
