    Hey @ellie2000

    I'm hearing that you are thinking about finding something else to do when you feel like drinking. There are lots of different things you can do instead of drinking although it all depends on how you use alcohol in your life. I've linked an article here that talks about the different reasons why people drink and alternatives that can give you the same affect.
