Hey @bignosegirly0 thank you so much for reaching out about this because I know it can be so tricky. I can hear how disheartening and exhausting it must be to be stuck in a loop of arguing with the people you see every day because you share a living space with them.

It sounds like you might feel really trapped in this environment and this torturous cycle, and that taking your life might feel like your only way of escaping right now, does that resonate at all?

Thank you as well for confirming you have no plan and that you feel the need to keep going, I wonder what might keep you going right now? You do not deserve to feel like this every day, with the war in your own mind on top of all of the misery in your house, and we are all here with you in that pain.
