Very ashamed of my racist country and myself

Obviously in the UK, far right protesters are using the English flag against immigrants or non-white individuals (because let’s be honest, you never hear these type of people complaining about a white immigrant) living in this country.
My family are always talking negatively about the immigrants coming in this country.
In my area, a lot of people are putting up English flags as a way to say they don’t want foreigners here. My family are thrilled and as I was on a road trip with my mum, she asked me to record it.
In the past, I have called out my family members for being racist, but they never listen. So there’s no point in trying when they don’t care. I can’t say no because again, they’ll call me woke or sensitive . But I much rather be woke and sensitive than to associate myself with a group that advocates for racism. Whilst recording, I felt an immense sense of shame. I feel sick because I’m participating in this problem.
I can’t tell my family that I disagree with their beliefs because they won’t care.
I feel horrible for any non white person or immigrant right now in England, because the racism is becoming scarily normalised and I hate to see how far it will go.
