are you safe? @nem . are you safe in terms of what you said abt being abused.
ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

Hey @nem do you feel comfortable sharing a little more about these past events? This is a safe space and we're here to listen without judgement.

We're also here if you want to talk about how this is affecting you now. You deserve support Nem.

I'll also pop a few organisations down below who may be able to support you with this Nem:
Women's Aid support the survivors of abuse. They are there for women and children to listen and understand your situation and that you are believed. They have a live chat where you can speak to an experienced volunteer. This is open Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. You can email them on helpline@womensaid.org.uk for emotional support and they'll aim to get back to you in 5 working days. They have a survivor's handbook which can help you with all aspects of abuse and a forum where you can connect with other women of similar experiences. They have a tool on their website that can help you connect in with services that are local to you. Their website has lots of information on different types of abuse, what counts as abuse including stalking and harassment: https://www.womensaid.org.uk/

Recover Your Life is an organisation that deals with issues of self-harm, abuse, mental health problems, eating disorders and more. They have an interactive website that provides advice, community support, articles, forums peer help, and information. They also run an online self-help group.
