you do matter. it wasn’t closed bc of your comment every week threads are made to keep it all together. you do matter if you want you can repeat your msg and we’ll support you.
I'm not reposting it. Ice judt had enough, people say i matter, say they'll follow up on me do thry no! People can't even fulfil a simple thing if phoning me back checking in on me..

When you are really missing your mum, I wonder what tends to feel most comforting for you - whether that's allowing yourself to be with that grief for a little bit and to let the wave come up and rush through you?

Thanks for rrpky @Sian321 She was my uni mentor but still keep in touch occassionally.
Infidnt understand it, it does seem contradicting. Yep that's the interpretation I made. I emailed her back and she said im telling you to open up to the ram and by opening up your being brave and will show them more confidence but this meaning and way she worded it fobt seem to match.
