Short rant.

Well the evening shift I ended up doing instead of the afternoon shift, kind of was eventful.
Something went wrong and it caused I minor explosion, nobody was hurt or injured, so it could of gone way worse.
There are still things really bothering me at the moment, it's literally awful. I called of going into work today as I just really can't go with the way I am today, so now I am letting my colleagues at this Job down just like how I did with my other job yesterday. I literally can't take it no more.

I think you made the right choice to take some time out yesterday from work instead of trying to force yourself to go in. Especially considering you are carrying a lot at the moment.
I can hear that you feel a bit guilty about leaving your colleagues a person down though. That's totally understandable and such a common feeling. In so many work places there is such a pressure to push through and come in even when we can't take it and going in would do more harm than good. I'm really proud of you that you were able to take that time for yourself yesterday and put your wellbeing first.
Would you like to talk about some of the things that have been bothering you lately?
It sounds like the incident at work is also adding another layer to everything that is going on, it's normal to feel a bit shaken after that - I can imagine it must have been quite stressful in the moment. But as you said, nobody was hurt, and that's the most important thing. Everyone makes mistakes at work especially under a lot of stress and pressure.
Have you been able to take a moment for yourself and do something you enjoy? Has it been possible to take a breather from the things that have been stressing you out recently?
There are countless of things bothering me at the moment and it really is getting to me even if I seem like nothing is wrong at all. So I would quite literally be wasting everyones time by saying everything that is bothering me.
No as the thing I find joy in I have been told to stop going for a while which is just ridiculous, especially at a time like this.
