Scared I look worse now cus I’m poor and don’t steal all the time

Not spending on clothes and makeup and time on my face and hair
And I’m not wearing skirts
I went on one date with J**
I liked him
He’s from a dodgy area but I liked him
I used to spend all my time and money on my appearance like clothes and makeup
Now my skin looks worse cus I don’t buy fancy Dior concealer any more
So I would be scared to meet him again
I’m also worried I’m a catfish on my profiles cus I stopped straightening my hair every day and I stopped wearing fancy Dior concealer that hid my acne and scarring really well

I'm also hearing you might be feeling a little down about yourself as your appearance looks a little different to what it used to because you don't wear the same makeup or wear the same clothes. This is valid and makes sense, but there's so much more to you than just your appearance. We all visibly change over time including our clothing and makeup choices - this is very normal! I also hear that you're worried you may be a catfish as you don't look the same as you do on your photos. I wonder how you would feel about taking new photos of yourself?
