    Hey @nem , Just to say we've gone ahead and edited this post as the screenshot you shared included the name of your personal trainer, and we're mindful they haven't consented to having this shared on a public platform.

    It sounds frustrating that you hadn't heard back from him in a while! Have you been able to make contact since? Is there anyone else you might be able to reach out to as a way of getting in touch with him, or an email address instead maybe?
