When I feel lonely or worried, I try to do something that helps me feel safe.
Sometimes I talk to someone I trust, or I wear my favourite big jumper, or listen to music I like.
I remind myself that it’s okay to feel this way, and I don’t have to go through it all by myself. There are people who care about me and want to help.
What do you feel like helps you when you're feeling lonely or a bit worried?
I put a note up saying 'I hav wellbeing call, read notes!!!!' It got them ggrrrrr, they notice tht but not wen I'm frozen in the road saying 'help me!!' y?
