Hey everyone,
Off the back of our Saturday Topic Thread this afternoon which was all about Anger, I wanted to create a little corner here for you folks to continue your discussions if you wish to. Thanks to all those who came along.
We talked a bit about what feeling angry typically looks like for each of us, noticing just how different and unique the experience of anger can be for each person.
We explored how we typically express and communicate our anger, and what kind of consequences or impact this tends to have.
We talked about our feelings in response to anger - whether it makes us feel empowered, relieved, embarrassed, upset, out of control etc.
It would be great to keep exploring this below if you wish, and asking one another for advice!
