    Hey @nem , I hear you, and it's valid that right now you're wanting to cry in that way.

    You mentioned that the crying would be performative, and often when we do something performatively, it's because we have a certain need that we're trying to get met through other people's reactions.

    What are you hoping the outcome might be from crying performatively in that way?

    I wonder whether something might have happened to trigger this sadness too? Were here if you wanted to talk about it a bit more.
